NIce Condo with a great view

We enjoyed our 10 day vacation. Weather was wonderful. The room is comfortable and nicely equipped compared to some of the other condos at Aqua. Truthfully, we didn't spend much time in the room because the weather was so nice and we found great food nearby. The bed was comfortable, but a bit high for a short person.

Everything about this condo is great. It was very clean and check-in was quick. Appliances and large televisions are very nice. We had a small issue with the entry door code not working. Had to enter it repeatedly a few times throughout our stay to get it to work.
The staff was very helpful when we were concerned about hurricane Ian possibly hitting PCB, since we had flown in and didn't rent a car.
The Aqua resort is beautiful. It's convenient to Pier Park and WalMart and Target. This is our second year to PCB and each time we have flown and not rented a car. Uber from airport is easy and around $40 for two people. We had Wal-Mart deliver our first big order of groceries and walked there a few others times the two weeks we were there.
Overall, everything was great and we hope to return, hopefully next year.

Stay for Ironman Florida - walking distance

Everything was great. Check in was easy as all info was emailed to us. All information we needed was provided in the days and weeks leading to check in. My wife and I were there as I was taking part in Ironman Florida. The location of this condo was great as it was walking distance to everything we needed. Upon check in there was one very minor issue with housekeeping. I contacted the number provided and a manager came to our room quickly and remedied the issue and they went above and beyond while there. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional! We would stay here again and highly recommend. We read lots of reviews about issues with the elevators, we did not experience. Actually the complete opposite. Elevators was quick and clean.

We were very impressed with our overall stay in #2306. The property was decorated nicely and had everything that you could possibly need during your stay. It appeared that this unit had been recently remodeled. On future trips to Panama City Beach, Aqua and #2306 will be the first place we check for availability.

This condo was by far the best condo my family has stayed in since we been coming to Panama City Beach!! The condo is decorated beautifully and is very updated. The View is fantastic from this top floor penthouse. We will definitely be staying again!!!

We been staying at Aqua for last 12 years this is first time we stay at 2306 it is very nice to stay at 23rd floor we were looking from out side from our balcony all you see is blue water you don't even see a land it was breathtaking view of the sea we love all about Aqua we have never have problem there from office staff and maintenance staff everyone is doing excellent job I will never stay anywhere else in Panama city Beach unit 2306 is what we wanted owner decorate is just like your house each and every corner will catch your eyes we will be back for the unit 2306. Other good things about Aqua is it is located right next to Walmart, pier park shopping all restaurants all are walking distance.

What an amazing condo! Our first family vacation with our 3 year old. This condo was decorated beautifully! Little details that made our experience so great. The cordless vacuum for the sand, the Keurig because I never go a day without coffee, the large bathroom, etc. Fast elevators, great parking, close easy access to the pool and beach (and the beach chairs were included)! And the easy access to Pier Park was the icing on the cake! We plan on staying in this condo every year if available. I promise you that you won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Overall it was a wonderful experience, the condo was decorated nice and everything was available we needed except the guest bathtub wasn’t working but luckily we used the master to bathe our girls which was a bigger tub anyway. You could see everything from our balcony!

Rental 2306 was the nicest condo we have stayed at thus far. The owners had thought of every detail. The property was maintained very well. The Aqua is our favorite place to stay, usually twice a year.

I have been to PCB multiple times, with friends, family, for summer vacation and jazz fests, each time I have stayed at Aqua. 2306 has by far been the nicest decorated condo I've stayed in. I'll be back hopefully later this year. The only thing that bothered me was the construction and having to walk across the busy street with luggage because the driveway and the sky bridge was closed.

We loved this newly remodeled unit on the top floor of the Aqua. Everything was very organized within the unit, newly upgraded appliances and finishings and clean. The only thing that may or may not be of importance to guests is that this place would not be the best unit for younger children. The decor is gorgeous! But there's so much of it that I could see it being a nightmare if you had young children who would want to touch everything (and potentially break things). The location is close to a lot of shopping but there are very few sidewalks so it's possible to walk but you have to walk on the street at times. Otherwise, we would recommend it!

Great condo and resort all around. Condo was in great shape with an excellent view being on the top floor. Check-in was literally 3 minutes, parking was easy, elevators were very fast, and the location was very convenient to Pier Park, plus there was plenty of food, shopping, and places for supplies within walking distance. Definitely will be back.
