Size of unit was perfect for my family of 7. We really liked balconies on both the gulf and street side of the unit. Plenty to see on both sides! My kids (13-16) especially like being within walking distance to Pier Park and many other attractions.
The unit was a bit dated, but was priced accordingly.

we thought the refrigerator could have been colder, the room was very nicely furnished. But the master bedroom mattress could be replaced. There's a slope there. The ac went out but maintenance did come up the next morning and took care of the issue. All in all a good room.

We absolutely loved our condo! It was extremely nice and well kept up. The condo is within walking distance to a few stores and places to eat, which we loved. The only thing that really disappointed us was the fact that every time we went to use the hot tub, there were so many people in it, that we just went back to our room. We stayed in November, so the hot tub was about all we could use without freezing. Therefore, we did not get to use the hot tub at all, because it was so small and already so crowded. They need a couple other hot tubs considering how many condos they have.

My experience was awesome. I highly recommend Aqua #711. My first impression was that the pictures did not capture the real beauty of the condo. I loved the decorations, everything was neat and clean. All kitchenware, skillets, etc. was in working order. I loved the sleeping nook. I also truly enjoyed the facilities at Aqua. I highly recommend Aqua and rental 711.

We have been coming down to PCB for years and have stayed at different places. The Aqua has been the best that we have stayed. The staff, professionalism, efficiency, condos, cleanliness of building has been outstanding. This was our fifth stay at Aqua and we will be back in February for another month. Heather at the desk and Dennis will handle any problems that you may have with your stay. They are efficient and professional in their jobs!
