There were six of us that stayed in our rental and had a great time. Usually elevators are an issue, but even though an elevator broke down, we never waited more than a minute or two for a ride to the beach. The condo was great clean when we got there with the only negative and it was a small one was there there weren't extra toiletries or soap

Upon arriving, the unit was very nice! Updated appliances. Each bedroom has bathrooms and a balcony. You can walk to Pier Park or the pier. We will be staying here again.

The total experience was easy checking in and out. The condo was very nice and spacious. It was well stocked. We had quick response on needing a new coffee pot. My only complaint would be the cost of the beach chairs at $100 a day per chair, and after that, tents were allowed to set up in front of the beach service.

Overall the place was great. There was construction going on so the beeping of the loader every time it went in reverse was annoying but the condo can’t help that. The door to the patio from the master wouldn’t lock and sometimes blew open. The oven light was out and we cook a lot. Luckily we bring our own toilet paper bc for 4 guests there were only 3 rolls.

The condo layout was nice. It was clean when we arrived. The view and beach were beautiful. The amenities of the condo complex are above average. My only complaint is how loud the street noise is. It is fine if you go to bed after midnight but for early birds, bring ear plugs.

Room 1211 was very nice for the 5 of us that stayed there. The Aqua is the perfect location on the PCB strip because almost everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and had the right type of furniture for the space. My only complaint is that the washer and dryer were unbelievably loud. My only complaint with Aqua is that the elevators weren’t working properly while we were there. My friends and family got stuck on the 3rd floor a couple times and another family got dropped 2 floors inside the elevator. Very scary! I believe the issues were fixed by the time we left, but with us staying on the 12th floor, elevators were very necessary! It will not deter me enough to not return, but I’m hoping this major safety issue gets looked into again.

My family has vacationed in Panama City Beach for several years and we have always stayed at Aqua. We love this place. Needless to say we were very disappointed when we had to leave just a couple days into our vacation, due to hurricane Michael. We are looking forward to our next vacation at Aqua.

We loved our condo and the resort! Perfect location and very convenient! Both pools were very clean and super nice! Our kids enjoyed the gym area and the hot tub! Our balcony view was a nice mixture of the beach, ocean, pier and being able to see the street happenings and people walking and golf carting! We can't wait to go back...see ya in 2019 Aqua!!!
