This is our second time staying at this condo. However this unit is the best one. It has all the necessities that is needed. i enjoyed the wood floor and the top view from above. The place was clean well kept. We definitely will book this unit again.

Aqua is my go to choice of stay in Panama city Beach. We always have a good time and the units are always nice and clean. They also have great promotions on unit rentals. Try it out, it will not disappoint!!!

We have been visiting AQUA for several years. It is the perfect spot on the beach, and we have never gotten a room we did not love! Employees on the entire property are kind and willing to help in any way!

This condo was very comfortable and very nice. We had no issues during our stay. Having white covers on the furniture is risky, but we have 4 children and had no issue. I came down after knee surgery and Was able to navigate in a wheel chair and crutches very easily. Toilets are a little low. Location is great and we will be staying here again. Having the beach chairs was huge. Very easy check in and very easy check out (didn’t even have to do anything)...all was sent by text. Thank you for a great stay.

This condo was very clean and spacious. Only thing that concerned me was the couch and chair were white and I really did not want to sit on them. Afraid to get the dirty. We enjoyed our stay. Had planned to stay 2 weeks but my mother got sick had to leave early.

This was our first stay at Aqua and I must say, it was such an amazing place. The room was nice and clean, everything in order, view was spectacular from the 23rd floor. We stayed in room 2308 which is near the west elevator and we never had to wait. Location was excellent. Definitely looking forward to the next visit.

We have stayed at this condo several times and we love it! We made the mistake of trying a different condo in Aqua and were not happy, we will not make that mistake again! This place is clean and decorated very nice!

For the most part everything was fine. Might need a new mattress in the master bed room. It was a little hard. Needs a fresh coat of paint. And it needs a frying pan. Other than that it was fine.

The location is great!! The property is very nice also!! The room itself was very nice also. The main bathroom is huge but the shower is very small. We used the second bathroom to shower cause it was cramped!! The master bed was quite squeaky also. For the money you pay we would recommend a different room but the area itself is nice. Staff was very friendly.

Our stay at the Aqua was absolutely the best stay we’ve ever had at any hotel or condominium. From the moment I called to schedule our stay from the time we checked out, the staff was very kind and helpful. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. One thing that stood out to us above all other places is the quality and comfort of the beds and balcony furniture. The location is the absolute best as it is on the beach, is close to pier park, and is close lots of food/dinner options and activities. Another thing that stood out to me is the accessibility for individuals with disabilities. We stayed in room 2308 (top floor), but I’m sure that any room is of equal qualify. We definitely plan to return and recommend the Aqua for your next visit to Florida’s emerald coast and panhandle.

The views from this unit are incredible. It was exactly as advertised and the updates were as comfortable as they were lovely. Once we stocked the fridge and pantry for the week, we didn't need to get back in our car. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. The fitness center in the building could use a little attention. We will try to always book this unit!

Our family of four had a great time at the beach, really liked this condo, and was just what we needed for a vacation before school started back. We have stayed at Aqua numerous times over the last 8 years. The complex is well maintained and is still in great shape overall. We really like the units that end in "xx08” because they face the sunset, have a larger balcony and can sleep two adults and two kids for the price of a one-bedroom with bunkroom. My only suggestion for unit 2308 is a curtain is needed for bunkroom because there is no door to the hallway. Some other units that end in "xx08" have a curtain covering the open doorway. The view from this unit is stunning.
