we stay at Aqua often and it is the best place to stay in Panama City, however, this room was fine but not as nice as some of the others.

Beautiful place- great location – the unit was very well decorated and nice. Close to all the major attractions – elevators were fast, parking on site, pool was great. It was very hot the week of our stay- the air conditioning was having a hard time keeping it at 75 degrees- found out if you crack the door open to the Hvac room- the unit keep it so much cooler- I never was hot- we will definitely stay again- check in/ out perfect- robin in management office was awesome!

Overall great! Needs a few little things,, but overall I absolutely loved this place!
The elevators were surprisingly fast, the grounds well maintained, the overall design, engineering of the building was probably the best I’ve stayed in.

Always enjoy the dazzling view of the sugar sands. The room was quite accommodating, although we wished they would have had a pizza cutter and other basic implements. The elevators were a bit slow due to the overhaul/painting post-Hurricane Michael, but nothing major. Please continue to offer a warm swimming pool, hot tub, and adequate fitness center/steam room, and we will be loyal customers! 5+ years and going strong!

Our stay in 2310 at the Aqua was a good experience from booking thru checkout. The property is right on the beach and we were in walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and stores. The beach was nice our first few days there. Seaweed moved in the last few days so was a bit annoying. I would return given the short drive from Atlanta and view. The kitchen pantry door could use a sterile wipe down. Sofa pillows need cleaning.

Pros:
Loved this unit! Being on the top floor with a glass railing on the patio allowed for optimum views. We could see marine life playing in the ocean and had the perfect view of gorgeous sunsets. The unit itself is very clean. Conveniently located near trash shoot. End unit, quiet for the most part. Loved that we were across the street from Shuckums! Pools were clean and we were always able to get a chair. Conveniently located to a WalMart for any grocery needs. White sand, beautiful water. Unusually fast elevators which was great for traveling to and from the top floor. No problems with washer/dryer or refrigerator. Would definitely stay in this unit again.
Cons:
The couch is not comfortable for lounging. This unit does not come with beach chair rentals included. We were able to secure chairs on the beach once there at an additional cost.

We loved the location of this unit. It had everything we needed in the kitchen which made it very nice for days we chose to prepare food in the condo. The furniture was okay and met our needs. The view is spectacular. We had breakfast on the balcony and were able to watch two manatees and a sea turtle swim along the coast.
